Once again students from Horace Mann School will attend the Yosemite Institute at Yosemite National Park.

During our week in Yosemite students will learn about the history of the Park, participate in challenging hikes to Yosemite, Bridal Veil and Vernal Falls, "Oh My Gosh Rock", walk through the valley’s amazing meadows, streams and rivers, study ecology and John Muir, learn about glaciers, astronomy and creat watercolor masterpieces of half-dome in the meadow!

Participants will also focus on life-skills and concepts such as leadership, stewardship and responsibility for themselves and each other.
