I have been a teacher here at Horace Mann for the past 15 years. I have taught 3rd grade for the majority of the time but also taught 4th for a couple of years. Now I have the joy of teaching kindergarten!
I am a California girl, born and raised in Sherman Oaks. I went to the University of Arizona for undergrad and had a great experience. It was there that I decided to go into teaching. After graduating I attended Pepperdine University. I received my
Teaching Credential and also a Masters in Education. Just recently I attended CSUN and finished a graduate program in administration. I received my Administrative Credential and a Masters in Administrative Policy and Leadership.
I love my job and love getting to work with kids everyday!!
