Science Is Super!
First, THANK YOU to our PTA for supporting our science curriculum and funding our monthly science lab with Ms. Bingley.
We have completed several science units this year. We began the year learning about plants and their needs. In addition to making shrunken apple faces, wreaths using various leaves and berries, we concluded the unit by making an extensive piece of art to give to our parents for the holidays. Next, we focused on weather and learned the big idea: Weather changes daily. We can measure, observe, and describe it. Please see our pics of our weather vane and experiments involving air pressure.
